Question: What is FastCollect ?

Answer: FastCollect is an automated collection strategy made up of letters that targets your delinquent accounts. A cost-effective approach that may eliminate the need to place accounts with a collection agency, this program gets you started early in the revenue cycle, increasing the frequency of contact. By asking for the balance and not taking a wait-and-see attitude, you collect more accounts faster.

Question: How does it work?

Answer: It's easy. When you use our FastCollect service, you will be given a password that will allow you to log into a secure section of our Website. Each time you have an over-due account, you'll simply type in some information on that account, hit enter, and you're done.

Within 24 hours your patient will be sent a collection letter you authorized. They will be informed of the overdue debt and instructed to pay the amount directly to you or if thre is an issue to contact your office immediately. A second, third, and fourth and final collection letter will be sent based on your pre-approved schedule.

Question: What is a collection letter?

Answer:A letter sent to your patient requesting payment on their bill. The letters begin on your letterhead, a soft collection demand and the final two letters are on our collection agency letterhead for greater impact. The letter instructs the patient to pay you directly, or contact you with any information needed to resolve the debt. It sends a message that you are serious about payment in a professional, non-threatening manner.

It is important to ask for payment early and often. Like a Visa account, as long as you are current you just get a statement. Once you become delinquent the contact frequency and the message becomes more assertive leading to telephone contact and credit reporting.

Question: Is there a minimum number of accounts?

Answer: No, there is no minimum. You can place one account or 1,000. If you have more that 200 >
